Watches are shipped fully functioning in working order. Due to the age of some these items, accuracy is not guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for a refund, within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us ASAP, in the event that you need to arrange a return. All returned jewelry must be received in the same condition it was in when it was shipped to you. Jewelry will not be accepted for return if it has been damaged, altered or worn.
All returns on Watches and Jewelry are subject to a 10% restocking fee— this covers credit card processing fees, which are no longer refunded to us when we process a return, and other incidental costs associated with your return (shipping, insurance, packaging, etc.). Online shops lose a good deal of money accepting frivolous returns, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and for shipping insurance. It is our policy not to issue partial refunds for any reason. Custom and customized items, discounted items, and items purchased via layaway are not eligible for return.
