Please contact us in the event that you need to arrange a return. All returned items must be received in the same condition it was in when it was shipped to you. Items will not be accepted for return if it has been damaged, altered or worn.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee— this covers credit card processing fees, which are no longer refunded to us when we process a return, and other incidental costs associated with your return (shipping, insurance, packaging, etc.). We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and for shipping insurance which we will provide at our commercial rates. 

Customized items, discounted items, and items purchased via layaway are not eligible for return.
